Give the Gift of Education

Outreach is vital to the Adult Education Center's mission and vision. We enjoy having a presence in the community to raise awareness and forge meaningful partnerships. We have included a few highlights: In 2020, H-E-B awarded AEC a $5,000 grant to purchase laptops to 14 adult learners. The adult learners put the laptops to great use and is able to continue attending classes virtually and complete coursework. Also in 2020, the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation awarded AEC a $1,000 grant to purchase books and equipment for adult learners. Adult learners received books and tablets for their children. In 2021, the UPS Store @ Shadow Creek Pearland collected donations from the Pearland community that was matched by the UPS Store Corporate Office. With the generous donations and matching funds, the UPS Store @ Shadow Creek Pearland purchased books for youth K-12 and were distributed to adult learners, families, and youth. Benefiting agencies include AEC, Pearland Neighborhood Center, and Horizon Montessori School.

What Information Do We Collect? How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?
